LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEE  – EINDHOVEN

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEE?

Are you able to exceed our customer's quality requirements and can you work together in a warehouse team and achieve the set goals together? Are you administratively skilled and do you want varied work? Then we are looking for you!

 

We are looking for a Logistics Administrative Employee for our location in Eindhoven! In this role you are responsible for providing support to the warehouse department. You have a diverse position in which you will, among other things, have to deal with reporting for the customer and Supervisor team and dealing with the order system where orders are created from the customer. The warehouse is approximately 48,000 m2 and the atmosphere is international, professional and informal.

 

As a Logistics Administrative Employee you will:

  • Create reports for the client and supervision team;
  • Explain KPIs;
  • Proactively tackle order issues and solve problems;
  • Manage ticket tool and retrieve tickets created by the customer;
  • Inventory management (all tasks related);
  • Administrative support of cycle count process;
  • Upload data to WMS and local tools;
  • Preparing data for invoicing process;
  • Create and distribute daily inventory reports and warehouse error reports;
  • Coordinate and monitor stock transfers;
  • Ensure continuous inventory accuracy and fill rate;

 

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE MATCH WITH YOU?

You bring the following with you:

  • MBO+ working and thinking level;
  • 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar position within a logistics environment;
  • A professional command of Dutch and English;
  • You get along well with automated systems: MS Office, Access & Excel;

  • A bruto salary between € 2.517 and € 3.443 depending on your work experience and level of education;
